Photography days for the amateur and the expert
Hawkwise Falconry will be joining forces with experienced wildlife photographers Mark Broxham and Craig Churchill to host photography days at Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre, Sutton Cheney, Leicestershire. Currently we plan to have two different levels to reflect your differing degrees of ability.
Point & Click days
For all who are lovers of birds of prey, but with no photographic skill to speak of, we have designed a half day experience. You will use our birds as models, starting with them perched and progressing to capturing the flying bird. Mark and Craig will advise you on how to get the best shot, how to frame it and will pass on those little tips that the novice misses.
Sessions will run from 10.30 to 1.30 or from 2 pm to 4.30. The fee is £25 (£15 for 10-16 year olds).

Big lens days
Size isn't everything but you can spot the expert by the length of their lens (they hotly deny this). Bring yours along if you are a Club photographer, experienced amateur or a semi-professional. You will have expert wildlife photographers to guide you (if you need it) and a dedicated falconer to work with you and the birds throughout the day. Emphasis is on British birds of prey in flight.
